CPU model is i3 12100, RAM is Kingston Fury DDR4 2x8 H8C with 16GB capacity. I believe changing the RTL/IO settings didn’t make much difference on this chip, so I didn’t adjust them. I’d like to verify if raising the RAM to 40GB is safe since it was originally set to 12GB.

Did you perform a memory test? Your RAM could be failing faster due to excessive voltage.

I ran it for three hours, but the results were still similar to MemTest86. I also checked against UserBenchmarks. I plan to test it with MemTest86 during an overnight session while playing Cyberpunk 77.

Consider upgrading your Ram Corsair Vengeance LPX 3600 to a higher voltage setup, staying within the 1.4V limit.
