I was attempting to remove the Arctic LF2 240mm AIO multiple times and it sustained damage. The top two screws came out, forcing me to cut them off. My screwdriver was just slipping, so I had to remove the pump. Since the screws were secure, I couldn’t just use my thumb without risking injury. The board still works in BIOS, but I haven’t checked the OS yet—should everything be okay?

It should be okay. It seems you damaged the finish. You might want to repaint it to protect it, or even use nail polish for a quick fix.
