Hi, your auxiliary port on the back of the motherboard seems to behave unpredictably. It only works occasionally, and connecting the headset doesn’t always resolve the issue. After updating the audio driver, the problem reappeared, and even after another update attempt it still didn’t fix it. Your motherboard model is MSI PRO X670 P with Wi-Fi.
Have you explored different audio sources? It might be worth checking another device to rule out a faulty cable.
It functions reliably whenever I plug it into the port on the case.
