I understand it seems a bit odd, but have you checked older 1.70 BIOS versions? Some new boards have had a few startup problems with the latest releases. I actually had to go back from a pre-release similar to 1.0.0.4B due to major stability concerns, though the specifics varied.
It doesn’t seem like a simple mistake. I’ve saved it... but recently ASRock announced 2.20, and they also removed 2.0 from the site. Since I’m in the field, this is really intriguing. I’ll switch to 2.20 now and revert back to 1.7 if 2.2 shows any odd behavior.
