Hello, after purchasing my PC I encountered an issue. My internet connection would disconnect every 20-25 seconds. These interruptions disrupt online gaming. The issue isn’t with my provider, as I haven’t had similar problems on my laptop. It’s only happened on my PC. I suspect there’s a problem with my network card and changed the old one to a new motherboard (from Gygabite B550M Aorus Elite back to Gygabite B550M Aorus Elite). But the problem persists. These losses seem consistent. Someone might know what’s going on? I’ll attach the packet loss test image soon. Thanks in advance!

My network configuration includes a modem, router, and PC. I believe the PC is linked straight to the router. Have you adjusted any router ports? Are you using different Ethernet cables? Or are you connected via Wi-Fi?

You changed the motherboards yet haven't performed a fresh Windows installation?

Perhaps. Initially I would start by booting a portable Linux from a thumb drive. Check for packet loss with the Linux operating system. If everything looks good, then I would seriously consider the steps required for a clean Windows installation.

I attempted to change the port on Rouet, but it didn't work. I don't use wireless; I have a router connected via a wired connection to my PC, so the setup is router-to-PC. What's going on?

Have you experimented with another Ethernet cable? Are there any network optimization or booster programs installed on your computer?

It appears to be a driver or software problem. Consider updating or reinstalling network drivers, turning off power-saving for the adapter, and reviewing background applications or firewall settings.

I tried another tool, but it didn't work.
And I don't rely on any software for network optimization.

Your latency and jitter were very high. How close are you to the gaming server? It could be over half the planet. As recommended, consider turning off the power-saving mode on your card and test again. Also, look into Event Viewer.
