Your computer is experiencing a significant packet loss problem that has become constant instead of occasional. I've attempted several fixes: swapping Ethernet cables twice, replacing the modem, restarting the router, using a different Ethernet port on the router, connecting via a WiFi extender, unplugging the extender, and using WiFi in general. When testing with the command prompt, I receive either no packets or very few. However, when pinging 8.8.8.8, all packets pass in just 20-30ms. This suggests the issue might be limited to uploads, which could affect games like Fortnite where download loss is minimal but upload loss is noticeable. I'm using Windows 11, have recently upgraded my BIOS, and my hardware includes an Intel Core i5-10400 at 2.90 GHz, 16GB RAM, and an RTX 3060 Ti graphics card on a B560 motherboard.
Are you experiencing slow internet speeds? This might be caused by a weak signal from the outside line.
