I bought the Omen X Gaming Laptop recently and have faced persistent packet loss issues with my Wi-Fi adapter. I've attempted to reinstall drivers, updated them, reformatted the system, and even switched to an external USB adapter, which resolved the problem temporarily. However, the issue has reappeared with that adapter as well. I've attached a ping plotter image showing the packet loss. It seems the problem isn't related to my Wi-Fi network or Ethernet connection. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Could this be the place you're testing? Is the internal adapter built into the laptop's Intel processor?
