They likely function correctly after manual download, installation, and a system restart, preventing further redundant downloads.

I attempted that but it had no impact. Those specific packages aren't available as installable files from Microsoft. Their website provides only a text file. I fixed it by clearing the Microsoft Store application in Settings.

There’s always a method to obtain them, though finding the right search might be tricky. I located them directly on the MS site. I’m sure they’ve resolved the issue, but I’ll share the download links for future reference.

64-bit: https://aka.ms/Microsoft.VCLibs.x64.14.00.Desktop.appx
32-bit: https://aka.ms/Microsoft.VCLibs.x86.14.00.Desktop.appx

The text you referenced holds key details; it mentions these packages are part of VS C++ 2019, so installing that should provide them. The 2019 Runtime is also available as a standalone installer on the MS website.

The issue resurfaced, lol. I attempted to install the package you referenced, but it indicates I already have an updated version. Maybe I should clear the Store again.
