I attempted that but it had no impact. Those specific packages aren't available as installable files from Microsoft. Their website provides only a text file. I fixed it by clearing the Microsoft Store application in Settings.

The issue resurfaced, lol. I attempted to install the package you referenced, but it indicates I already have an updated version. Maybe I should clear the Store again.
