People often ask about AA in 4K because it affects image quality and detail. Using AA helps maintain sharpness and clarity, making the visuals more vivid. As for seeing those squares, they’re usually related to display settings or screen resolution, not the actual image content.
It's hard to distinguish between AA in any game, especially with the performance boosts you're seeing. The frame rate jumped from 18fps to around 30 in Crysis 3 when it was fully optimized on my 780 Ti. I barely noticed the difference at 1440p—just the UI size changed, but everything stayed crisp.
I'm not a high-end user, but AA seems unnecessary for 4K displays. It mainly impacts frame rate.
Everything seems perfect right now. It doesn’t affect anything and just boosts the performance! I’ve been adjusting it for a while now.
