It should work well at medium to low levels. You won't achieve the top performance, but adjusting the settings should let you maintain around 30+ frames consistently.

I've been using it frequently and I'd say yes, it's worth the investment. Just check out some Twitch streams or YouTube gameplay videos for a clearer picture.
