It doesn't feel like Overwatch is ideal for competitive play. The game doesn't penalize mistakes; losing just means a brief pause. In MOBAs it matters because enemies gain rewards, and respawn times are extended so opponents might secure objectives quickly. CS goes focuses on precise shooting, whereas Overwatch allows more flexibility with characters like Pharah or Hanzo. Overwatch works well for casual sessions but isn't suited for competition.

Avoid getting involved. Some people prefer first-person shooters but aren't competitive.

I don't agree with that perspective. My take is that if you fall early or make errors, it becomes tough for your team to secure victory. Losing a few but not gaining any kills suggests it's better to stop the effort and regroup. Your reasoning about hitting shots isn't the main issue—whether you win depends on teamwork, not just individual skill. Accuracy matters for some heroes, but the overall aim is collaborative, not personal kills. If your only focus is on taking down others, consider switching to a different game.

I strongly disagree, but if you feel that way, don't engage. In my view, your squad suffers greatly from errors, even if you don’t personally feel the impact. Losing a healer raises the chance of others dying within the next 10-20 seconds. Killing a tank leaves your team exposed for the same period. Destroying an offense often leads to being overrun until they respawn. These factors increase your chances of losing. Regarding Pharah and Hanzo, it seems you think aiming is simple, but honestly, skill matters a lot in Overwatch. Overall, they strike a near-perfect balance for competitive play.

I partially agree; success mainly depends on choosing the right heroes and effective communication. You can execute impressive strategies and secure victory.

It seems like you're questioning why a game isn't competitive. Every match against others is meant to be competitive, so if it feels that way, it might depend on the rules or structure of the game.
