Overwatch isn't allowing me to download.
The issue seems to stem from a timing mismatch between the release announcement and the actual launch date. Check the official Overwatch website or contact their support for confirmation. It’s possible the site was updated after the initial release notice. This isn’t necessarily a server problem but likely a coordination delay.
1) Update your password 2) Exit Battle.net app, switch to an incorrect region and log in again. 3) Disconnect, return to correct game area, then reconnect. If this doesn't work, visit https://us.battle.net/account/download/ and install the client—even if you're already using the app. Close the program and exit the tray before downloading. After starting the download, your client will refresh and installation should proceed. This issue affects anyone who bought Origins directly from outside Blizzard and is a recognized problem. I tested it for 30 minutes with various solutions but still got the CD key active and an install icon.
