I plan to modify my memory temporarily, similar to what's shown in the video. I'm curious if this could harm the CPU memory controller or just affect the RAM. The RAM has a high-speed fan at the top to prevent overheating.

Under normal conditions, voltages shouldn't impact the RAM or the IMC; they’ll remain stable. Regarding the IMC, avoid extreme fluctuations in the VCC/SAA levels.

It shouldn't harm the CPU at all, though it could cause instability.

What voltage levels are you applying? I haven’t seen cases where simply overvolting memory alone leads to a completely failed CPU.

TO THE DRAM?! That’s an incredibly high price! It could harm or even kill the RAM.

Individuals use about 1.9v each day. I question whether it will damage the CPU; just confirm the fan is operational and check temperatures.

It wouldn't be wise. The fastest I've noticed running DDR4 was 1.5v.
