Hi guys, I'm attempting to push my i5 4690k a bit higher for better performance, but it seems the BIOS resets the CPU core ratio back to 39 when I try to go above that. I'm aiming for a stability of around 4.3-4.4, though I'm not very experienced with overclocking. My motherboard is an h81mp plus, I have 16GB RAM and a 1060 3gb, but it's really frustrating because it doesn't support the overclocking I want. Is my motherboard limiting me or is there another way to handle this?

The motherboard you have is an H81 chipset board.
It doesn't allow overclocking.
You'll need a Z series board for that purpose.
