Usually you wouldn't purchase an APU when paired with a separate graphics card because the latter would need more PCIe lanes, but in your situation the GPU only reduces to 8x performance rather than the complete 16x boost.

The concept started as a very low-budget project with no graphics card, but later I upgraded to one and added more RAM. By then, the CPU I was considering was close to its end-of-life, and I wasn’t sure what the best return policy would be for a used unit.

It's a very affordable item I purchased from Newegg, I'll leave the link. I bought it for Bluetooth instead of Wi-Fi since I use wireless headphones, and I didn't find a Bluetooth-only PCIe card. I should note it has Bluetooth functionality. It might be a 1x form factor because it claims compatibility with a 1x slot, though its unclear due to some confusing Chinese specifications.

If you want Bluetooth only, you can purchase a USB dongle and connect it to a USB port, eliminating the need for a PCIe slot. Bluetooth requires minimal bandwidth, which is why there aren't separate Bluetooth-only PCIe cards. That's accurate, but your RX570 is restricted to PCIe x8 because your APU only supports that range. So, you're likely staying within the available lanes (8 + 4 + 4 = 16). For reference, each AMD platform (B350, B450, B550, X370, X470, X570) includes four SATA ports. Extra ports will be added via PCIe lanes. A standard B450 board typically divides its eight PCIe lanes into: one for Ethernet, one for WiFi (if present), or a single PCIe x1 slot; two extra lanes can provide two more SATA ports, or an M2 slot supporting NVMe x2; four lanes may be used for PCIe x16 slots (limited to PCIe x4); or another M2 slot for NVMe x4.
