Overheating RAM despite low temperatures?
What BIOS revision are you using, and is MCR enabled? This was a bug on earlier versions of Memory Context Restore, so if you do a BIOS update you might fix this issue and be able to use EXPO. Sounds about right, ASUS tends to hide VRM sensor data from the user on a lot of their boards. There very much is a temp sensor, it's required for the LLC to work properly, they just don't let the user see its output. The B650 TUF is a good enough board that temp issues shouldn't really be there.
You might consider replacing the board or Rams since it seems unlikely they should be handling that situation
Memory Context Restore speeds up startup by bypassing memory training. Standard boards usually turn it on, but it might be off on some systems—possibly due to ASUS settings.
RAM completed memtest indicating a potential issue with the board, though I suspect it might be a hardware problem.
It seems the feature works well by default. When it’s off, booting can be faster without problems. I noticed some warnings that disabling MCR might lead to stability problems since memory isn’t optimized. I’m not sure if that’s accurate or not.
It's the opposite. When MCR is active it may lead to unusual stability and reboot problems, while disabling it makes the memory reset each time and improves consistency.
