The alignment seems correct, but the guidelines mention offset mounting. It's possible the offset setting is the issue. Review the details here: https://support.arctic.de/lf2-360r7. If you're unsure about your revision, check the site for your version number. Pay attention to the deeper cutout near the PCIe slot, the shallower bracket at the top, and the #2 mounting holes.
After the cooler was installed, the issue lies here. Most of the CPU isn't connecting to the cooler, just a portion on the left side.
