I have a Ryzen 3 3300X with a 65W CPU that gets quite hot on the default cooler. I upgraded to a better mid-tower cooler, but it still doesn’t cool it down enough—often reaching around 80°C during full load. Even after reapplying thermal paste, the temperature remains the same as before. Since the new cooler didn’t improve things, what should I do next?

It's completely typical. Not every aftermarket cooler outperforms the original one.
