It might have been a simple mistake—did you accidentally pinch the tubes while using the lid with the radiator? Also, the radiator looks a bit dusty; it’s not severe but it could be affecting performance.

Currently, it seems AIO might be running low on liquid and/or the CPU block could be blocked. (In the photo, do you notice any floating objects in the fluid? It’s likely you shouldn’t have opened it. The block may also still be improperly installed.)

I hope it doesn’t turn into the first time it’s been opened since the factory. When I opened it, I just snapped a photo and didn’t change its angle or spill any liquid. It might not be the ideal move to open it, but I don’t see many problems except maybe the chance of me decorating it later. I noticed the small items, and I was thinking about removing them, though I wasn’t sure if I’d need a special cleaner for this cooler or just water.
