Hello everyone, this is my first time posting. I'm facing some issues with my new system and the Z63 Kraken NXT CPU cooler. All connections for the cooler—SATA and the 3-pin header—are set up correctly. The pump appears to work; only when I connect the SATA cable does it vibrate and water bubbles come out if I move the pump over the radiator. The LED screen is functioning fine. However, when I install it on my PC and try to boot, the CPU overheats suddenly and the system shuts down. Something odd: in the BIOS, the CPU fan isn't listed for the AIO, showing "CPU_fan - N/A." But if I swap in a spare fan into the CPU fan header, it appears in the BIOS. I'm not sure if this relates to overheating. What might be wrong? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Things I've tried so far:
1. Shook the radiator to clear any trapped air bubbles.
2. Uninstalled and reinstalled the cooler multiple times.
3. Reapplied thermal paste several times.

I'm really confused. Thanks in advance for your help.

Note: I also added the AIO's USB header to the motherboard's USB 2.0 input, though its main purpose is for the NZXT cam. I didn't mention that earlier because I thought it was only for that model.
I've double-checked the specs: CPU is AMD Ryzen 5900X, motherboard is Gigabyte B550 Vision D-P.
