I chose to refresh my PC because it was getting very hot and dusty. After reassembly, it overheated quickly to 75–80°C and shut down. It might be related to the dried thermal paste. Would you like me to suggest reapplying it?

You removed the cooler and reattached it without adjusting the thermal paste. That’s likely the issue—replace the paste for optimal performance.
