The Intel guidelines state a safe upper limit of 100°C, though many processors struggle beyond 95°C without issues. You’re unlikely to damage the chip, but overheating can cause more frequent crashes. Your main concern appears to be thermal management. To boost reliability, ensure your laptop is well-ventilated or consider cleaning it thoroughly. Otherwise, you may need to limit CPU performance further to avoid excessive heat.

The system has a maximum threshold of 100c to prevent self-harm. Exceeding this causes the CPU to reduce speed until it drops below 100c, which lowers performance but avoids damage.

Certainly! To reduce your CPU usage, try lowering system resource demands by closing unnecessary applications, updating drivers, and adjusting power settings. You can also use software tools to monitor and manage background processes.

You've already decreased the CPU speed by adjusting the turbo limits. For an even slower and cooler performance, reduce the turbo ratios further.

It sounds like you may have caused a short circuit or damaged components. That could be risky for your laptop. Please avoid touching any exposed parts and consider consulting a professional technician.

It may cause serious harm to your laptop. Always remove the battery while using it inside. Although I haven't used one, some professionals use ground straps for safety.

Please be mindful from now on. Also, I noticed a minor shock when connecting the cables today.
