i don't believe it's a wise move to overclock a laptop cpu
unless you're risking your device turning into a bomb
instead, consider adding more ram—gta v requires at least 6 to 8 gb
or adjust the settings and use a game booster such as razer cortex
i suggest purchasing more ram, since your gpu is decent compared to my 740m with 6gb ram

A faster clocked cpu won't make much difference. You also need sufficient ram, and your 820m isn't a powerful gpu, which will always limit you.

a laptop will never match desktop graphics or frame rates. even if it does (especially in the most expensive models), it will produce a lot of noise.
