Hello, I'm trying to figure out the necessary chipset for coveringclock a CPU on a 1156 motherboard. I'm unsure if an H55 chip is sufficient or if a P55 is required. The information seems to vary across different sources. Could you help clarify?

I'm not aware of any support unless it's a minor bump to the base clock (5%) which I wouldn't do anyway as it affects other things.

I really doubt I'd require a p55 chipset, wouldn't I? It seems the h55 wouldn't allow much.
