Overclocking XEON E5430

I attempted to overclock this on my ASUS P5KPL-AM EPU motherboard. I changed the CPU from 771 to 775 to accommodate the processor and uploaded all the microcodes into my custom BIOS. However, whenever I tried to increase the speed, I either encountered a blue screen of death or the system would shut down.

Here are my full details:
Specs:
CPU: Intel XEON E5430 @2.66 Ghz
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master T20
RAM: 2x2GB DDR2 TeamElite+
@800
MHz
PSU: Zalman TX-Series ZM700-TX
GPU: ASUS RX 570 Expedition 4GB 256bit GDDR5
MOBO: ASUS P5KPL-AM EPU
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit

You can purchase an E5450 3Ghz (80 watt) for $13.68, or a X5460 3.16Ghz (120 watt) for $12.10 already adjusted.
