hello guys, i was wondering if you could tell me about my w3680 cpu with unlocked multiplier. the mb bios don't have any overclock settings, so i've been overclocking it using throttlestop and xtu. it's giving me 3.84 at (29x133), but when i play games, it only shows 3458mhz in msi afterburner. does this mean it's actually overclocked or not? also, what about cpu-z? does it match the same result? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Check for affordable x58 motherboards such as p6x58d-e that are available at low prices, these models can reach up to 4.5ghz across all cores.

Searching for information about the S20 and your motherboard, I located a manual for the S20. However, it seems there were no relevant suggestions or hints regarding your concerns. Typically, hardware manufacturers like HP, IBM, Lenovo, etc., do not support overclocking for their proprietary systems.
