I unintentionally activated the game boost feature, which increased my Ryzen 7 2700X CPU to 4.15 GHz using a standard cooler. The system froze, I attempted a restart but it didn’t help, and after several restarts there’s no signal from my VGA.

Restore the BIOS by taking out the 3V CR2032 battery for a few hours. If the issue persists, it's possible you damaged something in the system.

Already unplugged the battery and confirmed the AMD Ryzen temperature isn't excessive.
