I attempted to boost the multiplier in the BIOS but ended up stuck on the Bios splash screen. I had to restore from Windows disk back to the recommended configuration. Any guidance on stable Over Clocking settings would be very helpful.
My system details...
CPU: Intel Core i5 6600K 3.90 GHz Quad Core Skylake
MB: Gigabyte LGA1151 Intel Z170 ATX DDR4 GA-Z170X-Gaming 3
Memory: HyperX FURY Black 16GB (2x8GB) 2133MHz DDR4
Graphics: ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Turbo Edition 4K & VR Ready Dual HDMI

No changes were made to the CPU voltage during the adjustment of the multiplier.
