I have some questions, I hope you can assist me.
I'm completely new to overclocking, just started a couple of days ago with my CPU.
What is the maximum Vcore voltage I can use without risking damage to my CPU?
Currently, I've set my i5 9600k to 4.8ghz at 1.330 and the stress test shows a max temperature of 62 degrees. Using AIDA64.
I think this is fine, what do you all think?

Your CPU can reach up to 1.4 volts with proper cooling. You might achieve 5.0ghz from it. Maintaining temperatures around 80 should work well.

Hey, I’m also just starting out with this OC thing and don’t know much about it. I’m considering getting a 9600k and overclocking to 4.8ghz, thinking those temps are great. I saw some advice suggesting keeping temps under 65 for a 24/7 OC rig, and I’m curious about the Cryorig H7 cooler. Also, could you explain how overclocking works? Do you set the core ratio at 48 and then lower the voltage while stress testing until it stabilizes?

Search for a guide on overclocking. It's not straightforward to describe.

Can a motherboard lacking optimal VRM support achieve this? Is there enough cooling? Motherboard model z390 ud
