chris987 :
The hydro H60 doesn't offer sufficient cooling for overclocking your CPU.
Corsair H60 is sufficient for moderate overclocking with a 95W TDP CPU.
http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/..._evo/4.htm
The hydro 60 ends up last compared to the Evo 212 and the stock CPU cooler, reaching an overclocked state with only a -5°C difference from the NH-D14.
Great review! The difference is only -20°C compared to the stock cooler, not to mention it's an overclocked setup.
130W
TDP i7. Moderate overclocking is straightforward for H60 with a 95W TDP CPU.

chris987 gave a nice review! The difference from D14 is only 5 points, but it's a 20 points advantage over the stock cooler! Plus, it's an overclocked model at 130w TDP. Moderate overclocking is straightforward for the H60 and 95w TDP CPU. If you're interested in pushing the PUMB up to burn the hardware, go ahead. I didn't recommend anything more than a light overclock for his setup. As a cooler, the H60 is mid-range and lags behind the high-end Noctua D14. Just wanted to remind him that he's capable of overclocking, contrary to what you said.
