I've boosted my i9 9900k to 5Ghz at 1.380V without any crashes in Cinebench or Prime95, though temperatures fluctuate. When the CPU isn't fully loaded, all cores stay above 95°C and reach 100°C without issues. I've adjusted voltage and clock speed but still face the same outcome with slower speeds. My Corsair H100i GTX should handle cooling well, but I followed a different OC profile (4.9Ghz at 1.400V) which didn't work as well. Is there anything missing or another factor affecting the results?

Check bios options and configure a tailored curve for your pump. Above 80°C run it at full capacity (including pump and fan fans). Yes, the i9 9900k can overheat near 5GHz.

The pump and fans run at full speed all the time. I manage my fans through the PC case and the pump via Corsair Link.

How long are you using this aio? Are your front and side panels removed? How many intake and exhaust fans do you have?

I have an NZXT Phantom Enthusiast with 2x 140mm on top for the aio as intake, 1x 120mm on the back and 1x 200mm on the side as outtake and 1x 140mm on front, 2x 120mm on side as intake for the HDDs. I regularly clean the dust off the filters so the fans could get good airflow. I also changed the stock fans on the radiator to Noctua NF-A14.

Are the fans and pump spinning at high speeds? It's also likely the cooler has aged enough to lose fluid through the tubes over time, especially if it's an AIO—generally lasts about three years, though the exact duration can vary.

I acquired this cooler in January, which might be the cause. I notice two fans linked to my motherboard—the radiator fan spins at 1500 RPM.
