Hey everyone, just started exploring this site and Overclocking in general. Spent around three hours learning about it and decided to give it a try.
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
CPU: AMD FX8350
GPU: RX480 8GB
Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo
(Let me know if any of this is useful)
I increased the CPU speed to 4.5 (up from 4.0) and adjusted the voltage to 1.2375 (from 1.2000).
Entered Playerunknowns Battlegrounds to check for changes; steady FPS now is around 70/80 (previously 60-70).
Used CPUID HWMonitor to check temperatures – CPU idle temps are about 30-32°C, and during Battlegrounds they stayed steady at 58°C.
I’m curious if these temperatures are safe enough for the CPU to run at, or should I lower the speeds to keep things cooler?
Thanks in advance for any advice or tips. Apologies if this looks like a beginner mistake.

58 is acceptable, particularly during OC load.
Issues start to arise once it surpasses 70.
