I own an r9 280 manually oc and a G3258 oc to 4.0 g. Under full load, the CPU reaches 75°C and the GPU hits 105°C (the card is about three years old). Is this excessive heat? Should I be concerned?

No 105 isn't acceptable. I suspect your OC is struggling with performance if it's set at 105—it might be struggling to avoid overheating.
