Ryzen 3 2200g B450 tom max
2x8 3200mhz
CPU temperature rose from 3.75 to 3.8 during Cinebench test, lasting about 10 minutes with around 50°C.
Opening a game causes it to default to 3.6.
Shutting down the PC and trying to boot triggers an error light on the CPU, which I reset using CMOS.
After resetting again, the temperature settles at 3.8 and Task Manager shows only 3.75 sometimes.
How should I fix this issue?

Only the APU is set to 1.24. The same issue occurs when I power off the PC, causing a CPU light to appear and requiring CMOS.
