I'm attempting to tweak my Ryzen 7 1700 slightly for overclocking on my ab350-gaming motherboard from Gigabyte. All the settings are currently locked, and I can't adjust the voltage or ratio. What should I do?

Have you checked if the BIOS is already updated? The manual provides detailed instructions for accessing those settings.
