However, when the auto oc voltage exceeds 1.3, it can even rise to 1.4

It relies completely on the purity of your CPU's silicon.
You could begin with a CTR...a Ryzen optimization utility called Overclocker 1Usmus. It initially evaluates your CPU to assess its overall condition and determine if it's appropriate for overclocking.

I've adjusted the overclock to 4.2ghz across all cores at 1.125v with full stability. These settings hold up well during stress tests. Temperatures remain acceptable, and even under heavy load, core clocks stay below 4.2ghz. Respectable performance. A manual OC is definitely advised.

If you're using a 60hz monitor and maintaining 60 fps in all your games, consider undervolting rather than overclocking. For high refresh rate monitors that don't hit their maximum, try overclocking until the CPU reaches around 90°C and push the GPU to its limits as well. Optimizing this way is more effective than relying on the monitor's specs.
