I don't use discord.
You'd likely need an xfx rx5700XT bios that can be programmed to write to your board, matching the same setup and VRM control.
Have you checked if your system has a dual BIOS? If not, do you know how to fix a faulty BIOS installation? If the new BIOS fails and you can't see anything on the screen, you may need a second GPU installed and then flash the correct BIOS to your 5700. You'll require a specialized flashing tool that can target the unique PCI ID of your board so it doesn't overwrite the existing good GPU. This process is usually handled via a command prompt.
Recovery becomes more complex, which is why dual-bios setups are preferable. With dual-bios, if you encounter issues after a bad flash, simply switch back to the original BIOS and restart. Then in Windows, change to the faulty BIOS (it only boots it) and proceed with the correct BIOS flash.
