I successfully boosted my 2200G’s performance, handling both CPU and GPU well with temperatures reaching 80+ during games. However, for the long run a superior cooler would be ideal. I’m unsure how much throttling occurred on stock cooling but think it was significant. Yes, both setups are manageable, though temps were higher—my rig hit around 90°C under stress. After switching to a 1050Ti with CPU-only overclocking, temperatures dropped to 60-70°C. In short, opt for an affordable yet effective cooler when pushing both components.
