Using my girlfriend's 2200G with a 1.2V GPU gave me 1280 performance, which feels pretty low compared to most integrated GPUs that can hit 1500 or more. The cores were running at about 1.34 volts and a core ratio of 40.50:1, staying under the recommended 1.35 for long-term Zen core use. Keeping it at 1.2V and below is better for daily gaming, while higher voltages suit continuous work.

It's safe to say your 1600 can handle up to 3.95 with 1.37v, but pushing it even harder will likely cause a crash.
