It was originally $90. The price is dropping now, which is why it's $215. I think you paid around $90 to $100, otherwise you might have been scammed.

I got it from Amazon for $90, now I'm just switching to the MOBO version.

Cooling doesn't significantly improve a low-quality motherboard. For XMP, just turn it on and observe the results.

It really wasted resources. A stock cooler would have sufficed, and the funds used for an extra AIO could have gone toward a more effective CPU, delivering real value instead.

Consider the MSI B450M Bazooka Max WiFi and whether you need to overclock it.

Yes, this motherboard handles overclocking well. I'm still a bit wary of 1.35 volts, but I want to know how far I can push the CPU without exceeding 1.3 volts. EDIT: I tried overclocking the integrated graphics instead, which would really boost in-game performance.

Brings back memories of the individual who aimed for that premium nzxt aio featuring a screen but had to cut corners on the board and CPU since it was nearly $300:p. I received a follow-up message regarding an OC that wiped out their B450 DS3H board using a 3700x board. It was quite unexpected.

Perhaps upgrading the board is the only solution, though it won't work with the existing one. Those VRMs are really sad.
