It's actually the GPU that limits performance, not the CPU.
A 1050 won't achieve 60fps at ultra settings; the performance is better than expected.
These results come with an i7 processor, so it's not the CPU issue.
Stock Ryzen can reach around 100fps averages.

I updated my Ryzen 3 1200 to 3.9GHz without changing the voltage much, using the Wraith stock cooler. If needed, try 3.9GHz @ 1.29v. (My luck with the Ryzen 5 1600X isn't great.)

Was es einen deutlichen Unterschied in der Bildwiederholrate während des Spielens zu geben?

Improved gaming performance in this regard?
3.5/3.6 should provide 60fps in AAA games
If you experience drops, it's more likely a GPU issue rather than CPU
You can verify this by lowering the game resolution to 720p and checking if FPS rises significantly.

Sure, I'll make sure to keep it similar in length while changing the wording.

What GPU ?? What games ?? What resolution ??
A stock 1200 is capable of more than that fps wise in just about any title .
There's a high possibility that's a GPU limitation.
