Should I adjust my SOC/nb voltage during overclocking? Your current setup of 3.9ghz at 1.33v on OC High Data with all threads for 40 minutes without issues is solid. You might consider a minor reduction in core voltage if you want further gains.

Don't know about Aida, so not using it. OCCT for an hour or a bit longer should suffice. If unsure, increase the voltage slightly, as you have enough backup.

Not really, you are doing good as it is, at 1.33v.

theres something else. not sure if its a stability issue or not. when i run aida stress test it always fails at 30 mins or so but when i run occt high data set using all threads it went for 45 mins with no problems. does it matter that aida is trial version?

Uncertain about Aida, skip it. One hour on OCCT is sufficient. If unsure, increase the voltage slightly—you still have backup.

I actually adjusted it to 1.25v, but it goes up to 1.33v during OCCT, possibly needing a bit more to reach full stability. I’ll attempt an hour with the current settings.
