Hi, I'm trying to increase the clock speed of my Ryzen 1200 CPU but I'm unsure if my motherboard supports overclocking. Do I need a new cooler or can I use the built-in one? Also, what GHz would be suitable for this task? Thanks to everyone and have a nice day!

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to let you know it's an MSI A320M Pro-VD Plus. Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, there isn't a CPU multiplier overclocking option on A320 boards—you'd need something like a B350 or X370 to do that.

It would be useful to know the type of motherboard you're using...
The wraith cooler should handle a slight overclock without needing a significant voltage boost.

It would be useful to know the type of motherboard you're using... The wraith cooler seems capable of handling a slight overclock if the voltage isn't increased significantly.
