Running under 20°C at idle means your current room temperature is around that level.

Yes, it matters since maintaining temperatures below ambient is unfeasible. Either you're in a space with 14 C or less, or your sensors are malfunctioning. Or the actual temperature is displaying an incorrect value. If either applies, it's a concern that should be investigated.

TJ Hooker:
Yes, it's important because temps below ambient aren't possible. Either the room is 14 C or less, or the sensors are faulty. Or the actual temperature is showing a wrong reading. If either applies, it could be a problem worth checking.
That screenshot was taken at 4am PST. I have no idea the precise temperature and don’t have a thermostat. Right now it’s 10am and it’s 11 degrees outside, sunny. The core temp reading might be off by about five, but I should still be okay. What I know is that when I touch the heatsink pipes, they meet up with the CPU—it’s not releasing any significant heat.
Unless I’m mistaken about basic sense, I feel confident about temperature. I also ran Prime 95, restarted, and went into BIOS to check the temp, probably the only way I could get a clue about how hot I am while doing that.
