How can I increase the refresh rate of my laptop screen in FullHD on an ASUS R510J? I don’t see any settings for this, and my screen uses the default Intel HD 4600 series. Please help me.

Here are some tips you might find useful:
Consider using an external monitor for overclocking your laptop screen. The link provided shows how to do it with an external display, and I hope it helps confirm whether your laptop screen can handle higher speeds like 120hz or more. Your current speed of 60hz seems fine for now.
