Hi everyone,
My system has a CPU with r5 3600, an x570 motherboard, and 32 GB DDR4 at 3000 MHz. The clock settings are currently 3600 MHz. I need to adjust the DRAM timings and voltage for improved performance. At this frequency, the current values display latency and timing details such as CAS#, TRCDR, TRCDW, RAS# pre time, and act time. I'm unsure which specific parameters should be modified for better results. Please advise.

You definitely went too far. I spent about a week adjusting my 3200 RAM to 3400 with tighter timings on my 2600 build, modifying one setting at a time while checking for stability.
Now that I'm using a 3700x on the same capacity, my RAM won't go beyond 3200 with slightly tighter settings.
I think it's best to wait until Asus updates the BIOS for your model to improve RAM compatibility and OCing.
I hope they release something soon.

To boost performance, you need to adjust the clock speeds. The Ryzen Dram Calculator can assist in finding the optimal settings. Keep the voltage consistent and avoid exceeding 1.35v.

I reinstalled the RAM sticks now but it shows F9 followed by 0d and still won't boot.

I removed the CMOS and it starts up in BIOS now
But I'm not sure how to increase the clock speed XD

Reset the CMOS to reset the BIOS to the best default configuration.
Disconnect the PC from the power source (PSU).
Press the power button for a minimum of 30 seconds.
With a flat-headed screwdriver, connect the CLR CMOS jumper (touch both pins) for at least 15 seconds.
Refer to pages 1-10 in your manual for the jumper position:

Reconnect the PC.
Press the power button to start the PC.
Repeatedly press the DEL key.
A screen will appear instructing you to press the F1 key, then do so.
Apply the Optimized Default settings and click OK (found in the EXIT tab).
Save and exit the BIOS.
Enter the BIOS using the DEL key again, modify any desired settings, save and exit once more.
