Hey everyone, over the past week I've been exploring Ryzen 7 3700X overclocking similar to my x99 setup. I've achieved a solid boost with minimal voltage readings, while many struggle above 4.2ghz at high voltages—possibly just a lucky chip. If you see the photo, I managed a stable 4501MHz at 1.3GHz for four hours under stress. Currently, I'm running 2400OC to 3000MHz memory, which requires higher voltage but no one else has found such low voltages at that speed for this model. Everything is set to disabled so the voltage stays steady and temperatures are normal. It seems AMD really does have significant differences between their chips. Anyone with water cooling interested in low-voltage options would appreciate it.

The Cinebench rating is also visible, and there are several positive aspects to note regarding Ryzen. Excited about Zen 3!

It's currently running at 1.38V. The clock still performs well at this level; my R7 3700X didn't even reach 4.5 GHz with any core under 1.45 GHz. However, it seems risky to keep it at 1.38V all-core—most sources suggest around 1.32V is a safer voltage.

Testing continues and I believe the optimal core frequency is around 1.36 at 4.5Ghz. The best results without exceeding limits were 4.8 at half stability and 4.7 at 60*c under load. How are you doing?

R7 3700X paired with MSI B450 GP and Corsair H115i PRO push-pull fans featuring Noiseblocker eLoop cooling, along with G.Skill 3600MHz 16CL RAM. It maintains stability around 4.3GHz and 1.4V, though the higher voltage may be a concern for regular use. Performance improves noticeably on PBO, achieving -0.05 vCore offset, but clock speeds are slightly reduced after AGESA 1.0.0.4 update.

Great, so you managed to get more results than most people can handle, especially when trying to maintain 4GHZ and it’s all about making tiny adjustments across many parameters.
