I'm using the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility in basic mode, adjusting the processor core ratio to 5.3 and changing the cache ratio to 49x or 4.9 during benchmarks. When I hit high temperatures around 80°C, I usually run Prime95 for 5 minutes. Should I extend the duration? For cooling purposes, I'm using a Noctua NH-D15 in a Chromax Black motherboard with an ASUS TUF Z490 Plus and Wi-Fi. I want to remember this is my first overclocking attempt.

as long as the voltage stays reasonable and temperatures remain below 80c you should be okay
