Hey everyone. Yesterday I attempted to overclock my cou (AMD Ryzen 3 1200) and now when trying to start my pc, all the fans spin and the LEDs work but the monitor doesn't receive a signal. It isn't connected to the cable or the monitor. I thought my power supply might be too small (450 watts). Or maybe the motherboard and CPU are damaged. Is there any way to figure out which one it is? I really appreciate all the help I can get.

It's typical. Your OC setting isn't stable. Just take out your CMOS battery for a while and then reinsert it, everything should reset.
